As your agent my first priority is to understand your goals and objectives, why are you looking to move and exactly what are you looking for. We will complete a short profile together to collect this information in order for the search to be successful.

My goal is to send you listings that will be of interest, show you the homes, discuss negative and positive features, research all details of the property and then if you are ready, prepare an Agreement of Purchase and Sale and negotiate the best price on your behalf. Once a deal is agreed to, manage all the conditions such as home inspection and other clauses, buyer visits and more right up to the closing date, to make sure everything is seamless for you the buyer.
